Who this is
This site is operated by Airborne Dent Repair, a paintless dent repair, hail, windshield and window tint shop in Gunter, Texas. Using the site means you accept what is on this page.
An estimate request is not a booking
Sending a form does not book work, reserve a slot, hold a loaner, or create a contract. It starts a conversation. We will come back to you, and any actual price, schedule and scope is agreed in writing on an estimate or work order after we have seen the vehicle.
Anything we say before we have seen the vehicle is a rough indication. Hail damage in particular cannot be quoted accurately from a description or a photograph.
Accuracy of what is on this site
We write this site carefully and keep it current, but we do not promise it is free of errors or that every detail is up to date at the moment you read it. Service descriptions, capacity, coverage areas and turnaround are general and may change. Where something on this site conflicts with your written estimate or work order, the estimate or work order is what counts.
Photographs of repairs on this site are of work carried out. Other photographs show our premises and vehicles. Repair photographs show what we have done, not what your vehicle will look like — results depend on the panel, the paint and the damage.
Warranty
Paintless dent repair carried out by us carries a lifetime warranty. Window tint carries the film manufacturer's warranty, not ours. The terms, and what falls outside them, are set out on your paperwork. Nothing on this page adds to or takes away from that.
Insurance
We document damage, speak to your adjuster and manage the file where you ask us to. We do not decide your claim, and we cannot promise any particular outcome, coverage decision or payment from your insurer. Your policy is between you and your carrier.
Using the site
Please do not use the forms to send spam, to send anything unlawful, or to try to break, overload or probe the site. Do not submit anyone else's personal information without their say-so.
The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Airborne Dent Repair. Please do not republish them as your own.
