What this site collects, why, who it reaches, and how to have it removed. Short, because there is not much of it.

What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site, and only on the two pages that have one.
The estimate form on our contact page: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the year, make and model of your vehicle, the type of damage, whether an insurance claim is involved, your insurance carrier if you tell us, and whatever you write in the message box.
The wholesale and claims form: your business name, contact name, phone number, email address if you give one, business type, approximate monthly volume, which services you need, and whatever you write in the message box.
We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or anything about your health anywhere on this site. Neither form accepts file or photo uploads.
Where it goes
A form submission is passed to Web3Forms, a third-party service that turns it into an email and delivers it to the shop. Estimate requests go to airbornepdr@gmail.com. Wholesale and claims inquiries go to Claimsairbornedentrepair@gmail.com. Both are Gmail accounts, so Google handles the mail once it arrives.
This website has no database. Nothing you submit is stored on it. The copy in our inbox is the only copy we keep.
What we use it for
To reply to you, quote the work, carry out the work, and — if you have told us a claim is involved — to deal with your insurer about your vehicle. That is the whole list.
We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or share it for anyone else's marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list. We will not contact you about anything other than the job you contacted us about.
Third parties this site touches
Web3Forms processes form submissions and emails them to us. Your submission passes through their systems.
hCaptcha runs on both forms to keep spam out. It is provided by Intuition Machines and it collects information about your device and how you interact with the challenge in order to decide whether you are a person. It loads only on the two pages that have a form.
Vercel hosts this site and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, as part of serving pages and defending against abuse. We have not added Google Analytics or any other tracking or advertising service, and there are no advertising cookies on this site.
Fonts and images are served from this site itself, not from a third-party CDN, so simply reading a page here does not hand your visit to anyone else.
How long we keep it
Your message sits in the shop inbox. We keep enquiries and job correspondence for as long as we may need them for the work, for warranty claims — paintless repairs carry a lifetime warranty, so that can be a long time — and for our tax and business records. If you ask us to delete something and we are not required to keep it, we will.
Asking us to delete it
Email airbornepdr@gmail.com or call 682-226-0543 and tell us what you want removed. We will confirm when it is done. You can also ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you.
If you are a Texas resident, this is how to exercise those rights with us — there is no form to fill in and no charge.
Children
This site is for people arranging vehicle repair. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change what we collect or who it goes to, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
